Hello, and welcome to my photography world! I'm Carlos Albertosi, a German-born photographer with a heart that beats for capturing the essence of life through the lens. Born in 1992 in Munich and raised in the vibrant cultural tapestry of the Algarve, Portugal, I've been fortunate to weave my experiences and inspirations into my work as a photographer.

My journey has taken me on an incredible path, living in various dynamic cities such as Milan, London, Kuala Lumpur, and for the past four enriching years, calling Hong Kong my home. From the cobblestone streets of Europe to the bustling metropolises of Asia, each place has left an indelible mark on my perception of the world, and in turn, my photography.

I discovered my love for photography ten years ago, and since then, my lens has captured a diverse range of subjects, from the raw emotions of photojournalism to the elegance of staff photography, the intimacy of portraits, and the exhilaration of sports. This multifaceted approach reflects my belief that every moment, every face and every movement has a story waiting to be told through the art of photography.

My passion for photography is deeply rooted in my upbringing, with my mother always by my side with a camera in hand during our travels. Her influence and guidance ignited a spark within me, instilling a profound appreciation for the beauty of the world and the power of visual storytelling. Fluent in Portuguese, German, Italian, and English, my multilingual background has allowed me to forge connections and gain insights into different cultures, enriching my ability to communicate through the universal language of photography.

Travel is my muse, and documenting the world through my lens is both a privilege and a calling. I'm continually drawn to the unscripted moments, the unspoken narratives, and the hidden treasures that grace our planet. Whether it's the bustling markets of Asia, the serene landscapes of Europe, or the spirited communities of South America, my camera serves as a conduit to celebrate the captivating diversity of our world.
